BOOTS is the stage moniker for musician and producer Jordy Asher. BOOTS was pretty much unknown until Beyoncé handpicked him to produce a track for her then upcoming new album in 2013. Beyoncé liked what he was doing, and BOOTS ended up producing pretty much the entire album, and also contributing 4 original songs.

Given the immediate and significant impact of that release in late 2013, BOOTS instantly became a hot in-demand producer. Along the way, he started making music of his own, releasing several songs in 2014, and then a 5 track EP in early 2015 (“Motorcycle Jesus – Original Soundtrack”). Now comes the full length debut album.
