Godless Symptoms is one of the Bandung metal groups that still consistently produces works that are better than before, since they were formed and began to debut in 2007. The metamorphosis of their music is a reflection of travel and maturity, moving from simple crossover metal compositions to cross genre fusion extreme music from hardcore, sludge to thrash metal. Their names began worldwide after the international metal magazine from the United Kingdom put their name as one of the nominations for the Golden Gods Award for the Global Metal category in 2014.

In 'The Deaf and The Wasted', Godless Symptoms wrote nine material that (returned) were very different and more powerful than their previous albums. Blended all the influences they get on more progressive compositions without reducing the distinctiveness of their musical identity.
