CODE ERROR formed circa 2017 featuring line-up of two grindcore stalwarts from Singapore/Malaysia, Wormrot and Tools of the Trade. They came out with 5 tracks EP played few numbers of show and been in total silent since therefore.

2025 shows a new line-up change with Mark Fields (of Siege & Oblivionation) joining Tiong & Vijesh to handle the vocals duty. And as a result of short period of Tracking, Mixing, and Mastering the tracks, mostly done in Kuala Lumpur tho Mark tracks all the songs at his hometown in United States, these 12 tracks Mini Album, clocking in 12 minutes, is an answer to straight-up, no-frills, mass in motion extreme Hardcore; which what's grindcore all about !!
